Les chevrières du domaine Cornin is a climat of just 60 ares. It gives birth to one of the finest Pouilly-Fuissé wines. The nose is intense, fresh and precise. The palate is complex, long and elegant. The 12-month ageing in demi-muids is perfectly integrated. An exceptional bottle in this great vintage. Dominique, the father, and Romain, the son, converted the estate to organic viticulture in 29; since Romain took over vinification, the wines have gained in precision, elegance and minerality.
