Brin de Folie du domaine de Brin is a passerillé wine made from late harvest Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. This wine is a real little bonbon in which the sugar is beautifully integrated. Superb with a strawberry dessert.

This bubbly from Domaine de Brin is a great success. This wine is an ancestral method, with the end of fermentation finishing in the bottle. The attack is greedy and fruity. The bubbles are fine and elegant, finishing on a beautiful freshness. We love it!Close
