The Domaine de Triennes was created in the late 80s by Jacques Seysses founder of Domaine Dujac, and Aubert de Villaine, associated with a Parisian friend, Michel Macaux. This forty-six hectare vineyard benefits from an ideal microclimate. It faces due south at an altitude of 350 to 400 m. These renowned Burgundian winemakers apply the same methods as in Burgundy for vineyard management: organic certification since 2011 with biodynamic principles as well.

Mantoulan is the name of a locality 500 m to the east of Clos Lapeyre. It's an old, renowned wine-growing area that has been replanted at high density with traditional Jurançon grape varieties from massal selection: Petit Manseng, Courbu and Camaralet. The plot covers 1.60 hectares and produces 4,000 to 6,000 bottles a year. This grand vin de gastromie is long, complex and devilishly well-balanced!

A magnificent rosé equally at home as an aperitif or with a refined meal.

In fact, the magic works, between the airy, delicate quality conferred by the thin, fine-textured soils, and the rich underlying constitution provided by the hard Muschelkalk limestone that is present in the form of pebbles on the surface as well as at depth
