The Domaine Julien Aurouxis a family estate located in Saint-Aubin-de-Cadelech, near Bergerac, in the Dordogne valley. Julien Auroux moved to the Bergerac region in 2014 with his wife Charlotte, who joined him a few years later. A terroir specialist, Julien Auroux works his soils organically and ages the wines in the cellar without wood and in a non-interventionist way. With a deep respect for his terroir, Julien Auroux practices viticulture where every intervention is carefully thought out to preserve the quality of the soil and the health of the vines. This meticulous work is reflected in every bottle, where we perceive all the richness and diversity of Bergerac terroirs.
