Conte des Floris - Languedoc - Lune Blanche 2021

Lais rouge du domaine Olivier Pithon was aged in concrete tanks. On the nose, this organic Roussillon wine is expressive with aromas of black fruits and spices. On the palate, it has a lovely silky texture resting on melted tannins.

Les Charmes du domaine de la Bonne Tonne is a supple, gourmet Morgon, all finesse! A fruity, silky cuvée! This Beaujolais cru develops notes of red fruit, licorice and light spices. A real caress!

The Cuvée Les Lèbres from Domaine Chant des Loups is a superb Vacqueras. This organic wine has a deep red to purple color, a powerful and pleasantly fruity nose. On the palate, there are morello cherry notes accompanied by the scent of undergrowth. Superb balance.

The red Illico cuvée from the domaine des Schistes boasts bright fruit. This blend of marselan, merlot and carignan has a lovely personality: the wine is silky, light but with a nice chewy texture. A cuvée that can be drunk slightly chilled.

Villafranchien du Conte des Floris is a red Languedoc made from predominantly Grenache grapes. This organic wine is round and greedy, developing on notes of black and red fruits (crushed strawberries) and licorice. Magnificent overall balance.

Carbonifère du Conte des Floris is a superb Languedoc red. Made mainly from Syrah, the nose develops sweet spices and black fruits (blueberry, blackcurrant). On the palate, this organic wine is smooth and velvety, with notes of black fruit, liquorice and pepper. Superb freshness on the finish, stretching out the wine.

Pleine Lune du Conte des Floris is a magnificent Languedoc white, both rich and balanced. This organic wine develops minty, smoky and mineral notes. Superb length.
