cuvée 100% vieux cinsaults produced by the Domaine D'Aupilhac

is a real treat. This wine features aromas of red fruits, cherries and morello cherries. It's very greedy, with a fresh finish. The whole is underpinned by very soft tannins. We recommend drinking it as an aperitif, but also with white meats or grilled red meats.

Cochon Volant is an organic Corbières from Château de Caraguilhes . The nose of this organic wine offers very intense fruit aromas with notes of raspberry, blackcurrant and cherry. On the palate, the attack is silky, with notes of crushed raspberry and burlat cherry underlining the wine's fleshiness. The tannins give the wine excellent staying power, reinforcing its overall balance. It's a fleshy, crisp, pleasurable wine.

The Cuvée Au Coeur de Ventabren from Domaine Pique-Basse comes from plots of Syrah planted in 1975 in the foothills of the Ventabren massif at a place called "Croix de Cornu" with clay soil (a mixture of yellow and white marls) naturally giving a low yield of 30 hectoliters per hectare. The color is dark, almost black, with blood-red highlights. The nose opens with smoky notes of black pepper and blond tobacco, followed by mineral aromas and well-integrated wood. The palate, all spicy length, is perfectly matched by the freshness of smooth, taut, still-tight tannins.

The Rasteau rouge du domaine Pique-Basse is a gourmand, powerful rasteau, which develops on notes of black fruits and sweet spices. A great success!

L'atout du Pique du domaine Pique-Basse is a cuvée from a single 45-year-old plot of white Grenache, very rare in a "roaixois" landscape dominated by red wines, located below the Ventraben massif lieu dit les crottes. This 100% Grenache blanc develops notes of sun-kissed fruit, followed by a remarkable balance between mellowness and freshness, finishing with a citrus/fennel duo. A gastronomic white!
