The Turbullent cuvée from domaine Sérol is a superb rosé bubbly, all gourmand and fresh. This brut (5g residual) is an ancestral method with notes of red fruit! Domaine Sérol is based on sandy and granite terroirs at altitude (380 to 520 meters), the reds draw a delicately smoky, floral and airy expression from the grape variety. Produced from vines planted at high density (8,000 to 10,000 vines/ha), the grapes are partially or totally destemmed before being gently vinified. The wines have a rare frankness and purity of fruit.Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2021: "The progress of the last ten years has been meteoric, and the wines have never so well transcribed the identity of their terroirs.
