The Oudan cuvée from domaine Sérol is a powerful, structured, tannic cuvée. Unlike Millerands, which is more finesse-oriented, this cuvée is characterized by its strength of character and its ability to be at ease at the table with red meats and dishes in sauce.Domaine Sérol rests on sandy and granite terroirs at altitude (380 to 520 meters), the reds draw a delicately smoky, floral and airy expression from the grape variety. Produced from vines planted at high density (8,000 to 10,000 vines/ha), the grapes are partially or totally destemmed before being gently vinified. The wines have a rare frankness and purity of fruit.Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2025: "The progress of the last ten years has been meteoric, and the wines have never so well transcribed the identity of their terroirs. The second star is just around the corner."
