The Domaine Sérol, located in the heart of the Côte Roannaise in the Loire department, is an iconic family winery, run today by Stéphane and Carine Sérol. The estate has made a name for itself thanks to its commitment to organic viticulture and its ability to sublimate a local grape variety: Gamay Saint-Romain. Spanning 35 hectares, the Domaine Sérol is entirely farmed organically and biodynamically. Stéphane Sérol, a passionate winemaker, is deeply attached to his terroir, and puts forward wines that reflect both the authenticity of the Côte Roannaise and respect for natural balance.Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2025: "The progress of the last ten years is proving meteoric, and the wines have never transcribed the identity of their terroirs so well.
