The cuvée les Millerands du domaine Sérol is made from 50-90 year-old vines planted on granite soil. Deep smoky nuances develop magically in this deliciously intense cuvée. Domaine Sérol is based on sandy and granite terroirs at altitude (380 to 520 meters), and the reds are delicately smoky, floral and airy. Produced from vines planted at high density (8,000 to 10,000 vines/ha), the grapes are partially or totally destemmed before being gently vinified.
