The Perdriziere du domaine Sérol cuvée is the estate's grand cuvée. Both powerful and refined, it's the estate's benchmark cuvée. A real "coup de cur"!Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2021 : 93/100The Sérol estate is built on sandy and granite terroirs at high altitude (380 to 520 meters), the reds draw a delicately smoky, floral and airy expression from the grape variety. Produced from vines planted at high density (8,000 to 10,000 vines/ha), the grapes are partially or totally destemmed before being gently vinified. The wines have a rare frankness and purity of fruit.Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2021: "The progress of the last ten years has been meteoric, and the wines have never so well transcribed the identity of their terroirs. The second star is just around the corner."
