The Sérol estate rests on sandy and granite terroirs at altitude (380 to 520 meters), the reds draw a delicately smoky, floral and airy expression from the grape variety. Produced from vines planted at high density (8,000 to 10,000 vines/ha), the grapes are partially or totally destemmed before being gently vinified.
