Château Armoria - Minervois - Transformation 2022

The cuvée La Chapelle du Château Romanin is a superb red Baux-de-Provence. The wine develops on notes of raspberry, blackberry, redcurrant, and some spicy notes such as juniper. On the palate, it reveals itself to be ample and silky on notes of chocolate and tobacco. Very good length.

This pinot noir tradition du domaine Stoeffler plays the red berry card. Light, airy and aromatic, it features morello cherry and blackberry notes. Versatile, it can be enjoyed with charcuterie, white meats and even fish.

Entre Amis rouge duChâteau Cazebonne is a great success in the 2022 vintage. The grapes were harvested well ripe and have produced a luscious, intense red Graves with notes of red and black fruits. A versatile organic wine offering excellent value for money.

Fruissance du Château les Hauts de Caillevel is a supple, gourmet red Bergerac. A lovely organic Bergerac made from Cabernet and Merlot, versatile and fruity.

The Nova du Château Armoria cuvée is a smooth 100% carignan. This organic Minervois wine has a fruity attack. Notes of red fruit rest on soft tannins. The wine has a surprisingly pleasant freshness. An easy-to-match wine, ideal with grilled red meats
