Domaine d'Aupilhac - Languedoc - Lou Maset 2023

The cuvée Le Clos d'Helène Bleuzen is made from Grenache and Syrah. This natural organic Ventoux wine is balanced, fruity and spicy: we appreciate its velvety texture and great freshness, the hallmark of the estate. This bottle is ready to drink now, but can improve over 5-7 years.

Les Auréliens blanc from domaine de Triennes is a superb white from Provence: it develops on notes of hazelnut, exotic fruit and citrus. Freshness and greediness on the palate are appreciated for remarkable balance.

The Le Presbytère cuvée from Mas d'Alezon is a high-flying Faugères vinified with as little sulfur as possible. The nose is complex, with prunes, cherries and spices. On the palate, we find the freshness and elegance of C. Roque wines. Good length. The 2022 vintage is characterized by bright fruit and great gourmandise.

Cocalières blanc du Domaine D'Aupilhac has a freshness and length that characterize it. It develops aromas of white flowers and white peaches. cuvée 100% vieux cinsaults produced by the Domaine D'Aupilhac

is a real treat. This wine features aromas of red fruits, cherries and morello cherries. It's very greedy, with a fresh finish. The whole is underpinned by very soft tannins. We recommend drinking it as an aperitif, but also with white meats or grilled red meats.
