The cuvées are becoming increasingly refined, and the use of wood is measured. The constant quest for precision and balance is evident. "

The cuvée Tradition du Pin des Marguerites is a lovely, supple Saint-Chinian. This organic wine from a fresh schist terroir develops garrigue and red fruit notes, with smoky touches. Supple tannins on the palate. Fresh, balanced finish!

Vico estate's Bois du Cerf is a fresh, crisp organic Corsican wine, finely liquoriced, in an infused, fruity spirit. It is composed of 60% niellucciu and 40% sciaccarellu. Beautiful aromas of cherries, grass and dried roses.
