Vau Jaumier is one of the great cuvées of the domaine de la Cotelleraie. Its nose develops notes of very ripe red fruits, combined with small hints of menthol.The palate is particularly round and voluptuous (what a beautiful 2022 vintage!), both rich and powerful, it is nonetheless delicate and very elegant.

Claux d'Ozon du Domaine d'Agarrus is a new cuvée from domaine d'agarrus. Serge Scherrer, who runs the domaine, has succeeded in acquiring these qualitative vines, which he has put into organic conversion.
