Les Cocalières rouge is a cuvée from Domaine d'Aupilhac which we particularly appreciate thanks to its great balance. Montpeyroux has a very southern feel, while Les Cocalières has that freshness and refinement that make it so charming. A magnificent cuvée in 2020 that will age for 10 years without any problem. Cochon Volant is an organic Corbières from Château de Caraguilhes . The nose of this organic wine offers very intense fruit aromas with notes of raspberry, blackcurrant and cherry. On the palate, the attack is silky, with notes of crushed raspberry and burlat cherry underlining the wine's fleshiness. The tannins give the wine excellent staying power, reinforcing its overall balance. It's a fleshy, crisp, pleasurable wine.
