Gorgeous bottle of the cuvée 2022 from this vintage! Antonin et Louis du Mas de la Seranne has a complex nose with notes of leather, but also fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry) and spices (pepper, cinnamon). The palate is fleshy and elegant. The tannins of this great Languedoc organic wine are harmonious, supple, sustained by a long, fresh, mentholated finish. Magnificent bottle.Le Mas de la Séranne (named after the range of hills opposite) is located in Aniane (a very old wine-producing village) 3 km N.W of Montpellier. The estate was created in 1998, out of passion. Initially, Le Mas de la Séranne covered just 5 ha. Little by little, the estate grew through the acquisition of smaller parcels. Today, the surface area is around 16ha.Mas de la Séranne has been organically farmed since 212. It produces magnificent Languedoc bio and Terrasses du Larzac bio. The wines are excellent value for money and, for the most ambitious, have good ageing potential. The prices of the first cuvées are very measured: these wines are excellent value for money
