Aupilhac 2019 is one of Domaine D'Aupilhac's finest successes. This organic wine from Domaine d'Aupilhac features dark fruit, prune, crushed blackberry, smoky and slightly chocolate notes. Superb length and great balance in a landmark vintage. A great wine to keep for seven years.Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2023: 92/100The Domaine D'Aupilhac is now a sure bet in Languedoc Roussillon, as Sylvain Fadat produces some of the Languedoc's greatest wines. Sylvain believes that the work in the vines (ploughing, green harvesting, working organically...) has more influence than the vinification on the final result, and we can only agree when we taste his wines: beautiful respect for the fruit, beautiful enhancement by the wood and great complexity.
