The Sans Bois Ni Loi 2023 red cuvée from domaine Julien Auroux is a beautiful organic Bergerac 100% merlot! This gourmet wine is gourmand, with notes of black fruits and spices. Julien Auroux settled in Bergerac in 2014 with his wife Charlotte, who joined him a few years later. A terroir specialist, Julien Auroux works his soils organically and ages the wines in the cellar in a wood-free, non-interventionist way.
