The Peu Morier du domaine Vincent Careme has a nose of great freshness. It features notes of dried fruit, apples and pears. The palate is full-bodied, rich and smooth, with mineral notes on the finish. Vincent Carême is a young winemaker who cut his teeth in South Africa. He settled in Vouvray in 1999 and owns five hectares of vines. Respectful of nature and his terroir, Vincent's aim is to produce straightforward, pure wines. One of the favorites of the selection. This forty-something tends towards increasingly dry wines, but his little moriers and tenders energetically integrate residual sugars, offering saline, sapid whites. This Vouvray Tendre du domaine Vincent Careme has much less sugar than a classic moelleux. Its balance makes it ideal for foie gras, but also exotic dishes such as tagine or coconut chicken.
