Mas de la Seranne - Terrasses du Larzac - Antonin and Louis 2022

On this brand-new Touraine-Chenonceaux appellation, the Clos Roussely produces a superb 100% sauvignon dry white. Very refined, elegant and airy, this white will go very well with seafood, fish and goat's cheese platters... Very elegant, with good volume in this 2023 vintage, this is a superb wine.

The Clos du Calvaire red is a magnificent Châteauneuf-du-pape: a full, generous wine with aromas of cherries, violets and spices. The palate is suave and balanced, with persistent tannins and notes of ripe fruit. This cuvée shines for its fruit finesse and harmony on the palate.

Moulin des Dames du Château Tour des Gendres has a bright, pale gold color. The nose reflects the vintage's fine maturity: aromas of dried apricot, candied fruit and toast, with hints of citrus zest adding freshness. The attack is full-bodied, with a dense, highly aromatic body and a magnificent persistence on the finish.

Les griottiers du Mas de la Seranne will surprise you with its smooth tannins and intense fruit. This organic wine develops notes of ripe fruit and cherry. A favorite during our tasting, seduced by the wine's silkiness and fruitiness. Superb.

Le Clos des Immortelles 2024 is the signature wine of Mas de la Séranne since its inception over 20 years ago — "a superb Terrasses du Larzac, quite a journey."

Purple-red color with violet highlights. Complex nose of mocha, licorice, sweet spices, thyme, white pepper, and blackcurrant. Opulent, full-bodied, and fresh on the palate, with chocolate notes, a hint of spice, silky tannins, and excellent length. Serve at 18°C; decant before tasting.

Syrah 25%, Cinsault 25%, Mourvèdre 25%, Grenache 10%, Morrastel 10%, Carignan 5%. Old terraces of the Hérault, vines backed by garrigue (immortelle flowers in May). Organic, traditional fermentation and long maceration, aged for 13 months in Allier and Centre oak barrels (1 to 3 wines).

Aging potential: 5 to 7 years.

Gorgeous bottle of the cuvée 2023 from this vintage! Antonin et Louis du Mas de la Seranne has a complex nose with notes of leather, but also fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry) and spices (pepper, cinnamon). The palate is fleshy and elegant. The tannins of this great Languedoc organic wine are harmonious and supple, supported by a long, fresh, mentholated finish. Magnificent bottle

The cuvée les Ombelles du Mas de la Seranne is a superb white Languedoc. Luscious and fruity, it's well-balanced enough to accompany aperitifs as well as white meats and fish in sauce. Sunshine to drink.
