The Springfontein wine estate is breathtakingly close to the ocean, with its icy wind blowing over the vineyards. The vineyard's potential is enormous in the pure limestone soils; it follows a simple philosophy: take what the sun and soil give us, and help it become the best possible reflection of this specific place. The estate is run biodynamically.
