The 2025 Chardonnay is the enjoyable white wine from Château du Cèdre — accessible, fruity, subtle, and always remarkably precise for the price. 100% organic Chardonnay, grown on the second and third limestone terraces and the Vire-sur-Lot plateau. Skin contact for 24 hours before pressing; 20% fermented in new 500-liter barrels, 80% in stainless steel tanks; aged for 8 months on fine lees. Aromas of sliced apple, lemon, spices, and chalk. Medium-bodied on the palate, with a smooth and flavorful texture and a long finish.
