This cuvée Romain du Domaine Robert Perroud is from a parcel of pink granite facing the rising sun. The nose develops notes of raspberry, spice and peony. Round on the palate, with fine, mellow tannins. Excellent length and a real coup de coeur for this Beaujolais cru!"Domaine Robert Perroud is driven by the quest for excellence from vine to glass. We fell under the spell of this environmentally-friendly domaine, which is certified or in conversion to organic for many of its cuvées. In particular, we were seduced by the Cuvée Romain, a superb Brouilly for ageing, with clean, intense fruit. The Domaine Robert Perroud is a wine to be discovered urgently!
