Silice du Château les Croisilles is a magnificent Cahors full of energy. This highly original terroir represents less than 10% of the Cahors appellation. The château les Croizille began its history in 1979 with Bernard and Cécile Croisille. They created the estate and sold their production to the Cave Coopérative in 1984; they began producing their own wine in 1994. In 28, the couple's 2nd son, Germain, got things moving at château les Croizille . The vineyard expanded and gradually moved towards organic farming, to which they committed the estate in 21. The wines have come a long way and are now part of the Cahors revival, producing gourmet, accessible wines.
