There's no such thing as a little Pouilly at Domaine Cornin. This 2022 village is greedy, fruity and beautifully elegant. The domaine Cornin produces some of the most elegant and prodigious Pouilly-Fuissé. Dominique, the father, and Romain, the son, converted the estate to organic in 29; since Romain took over vinification, the wines have gained in precision, elegance and minerality. From the simple Pouilly village, to Clos Reyssié, via Chevrières, all the climats on the domaine Cornin are highly recommendable. You'll fall under their spell. Watch out, you'll be hooked!

La cuvée Terres de la Crau du Clos du Calvaire is a parcel-based cuvée from the estate. It presents a varied palette of blackberry, rose and spice aromas. The palate is generous, with ripe black fruit aromas, coated tannins and a chocolate finish. A concentrated, generous wine that aptly highlights the terroirs of La Crau.

Magnificent Saint-Véran from the domaine Cornin : a maconnais from a very small plot selection. This balanced Chardonnay, with its delicate, fine woodiness, plays on elegance to develop white fruit aromas. Fresh, slightly saline finish. Superb!

The cuvée Vieilles Vignes du domaine Gauby is beautifully racy. The nose is complex with notes of black fruits and spices.
