The domaine Cornin produces some of the most elegant and prodigious Pouilly-Fuissé. Dominique, the father, and Romain, the son, converted the estate to organic production in 2009; since Romain took over vinification, the wines have gained in precision, elegance and minerality. From the simple Pouilly village, to Clos Reyssié, via Chevrières, all the climats on the domaine Cornin are highly recommendable. You'll fall under their spell. Watch out, you'll fall in love!
