The cuvée les Estaillades from domaine de la Ferme Saint-Martin is a magnificent Ventoux: the powerful nose develops notes of red fruit, kirch and licorice. The palate is fresh, with licorice and menthol aromas, supported by perfectly integrated tannins. Great length!
