Domaine d'agarrus - Vin de France - l'équilibriste 2021

What a lovely Viognier produced by the Mas d'Espanet with this cuvée Freesia. This wine is fresh, fruity, without any heaviness. A lovely bottle as an aperitif or with a meal. It will go well with a lovely goat cheese platter.

The cuvée Peyrouzelles du domaine Causse Marine is a superb red wine. This biodynamic wine develops on notes of black fruit, sloe. The palate is silky, gourmand, juicy and endowed with a beautiful tonicity.

Utopie 12 du Chemin des rêves is wine declined as Vin de France because of its originality. The nose is toasty, developing aromas of macerated fruit and notes of undergrowth. The attack is frank, and the palate is tannic, powerful and complex, made for ageing. The finish is smoky. A superb success!

This pinot gris from the domaine Bonnet Huteau is a real coup de coeur discovery. This soft (8 to 10g residual sugar), fruity wine develops exotic fruit aromas. Versatile, it goes well with aperitifs and desserts.

The Cigogne is an organic white wine produced by the domaine d'Agarrus. This is a very small production from the estate, which explains the low volumes available. A white Grenache of the highest quality, combining peachy aromas with a lovely freshness.

L'affranchi du Domaine d'Agarrus is a magnificent Grenache from the Cévennes! Digestible, supple and slightly spicy, this cuvée is a superb success in this 2021 vintage!

The cuvée Les Toiles du Domaine d'Agarrus is a real big favorite. This organic wine from the Duchy of Uzès is made from carignan, cinsault, grenache and syrah lovingly worked organically, harvested by hand, vinified in the most natural way possible. The result is a wine full of character, complex, powerful and long, but with an astonishing freshness. Claux d'Ozon du Domaine d'Agarrus is a new cuvée from domaine d'agarrus. Serge Scherrer, who runs the domaine, has succeeded in acquiring these qualitative vines, which he has put into organic conversion. The wine is a little more structured than the letter carrier's vineyard, but remains accessible in its youth. A cuvée to drink over 5 years. A very promising terroir!
