The red Illico cuvée from the domaine des Schistes boasts bright fruit. This blend of marselan, merlot and carignan has a lovely personality: the wine is silky, light but with a nice chewy texture. A cuvée that can be drunk slightly chilled.

The wine is a little more structured than the letter carrier's vineyard, but remains accessible in its youth. A cuvée to drink over 5 years. A very promising terroir!

L'insoumis du domaine d'Agarrus is the estate's 100% carignan cuvée. This organic Cévennnes wine has a pleasant, easy and fresh structure, with mellow tannins.
