This Champagne Pouillon Grande Valle (ex cuvée Brut Réserve) reveals itself to be vinous, elegant with a very fine bubble, developing on notes of almonds, honeyed touches but also quince. A superb bottle for the aperitif. 17/20 gault et millau92/100 Wine Spectator
CloseThe Terre d'émotion range from Champagnes Charpentier is grown using a biodynamic approach and vinified in part in re-used barrels. The rosé, 88% Chardonnay, borrows its color from the meunier. The result is a pale, powdery pink color, a fine, fresh nose of redcurrant and raspberry, and a palate in harmony with the nose, supple and lively on the attack, fresh on the finish, with citrus notes. Perfect as an aperitif.
CloseA very great Champagne Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru. This reserve cuvée from Champagne De Sousa is very expressive on the nose with notes of white fruits. The attack on the palate is greedy and fruity. The finish is taut and clean. A superb champagne for aperitifs and meals.
