Domaine Boucard - Bourgueil - Dechainé 2023

This Bordeaux chateau Haut Moulin won a gold medal at the 2018 Lyon competition. Well-worked, this organic Bordeaux develops on notes of red fruit (strawberry, cherry) and has a lovely structure. Superb value for money.

The Clos du Calvaire red is a magnificent Châteauneuf-du-pape: a full, generous wine with aromas of cherries, violets and spices. The palate is suave and balanced, with persistent tannins and notes of ripe fruit. This cuvée shines for its fruit finesse and harmony on the palate.

L'hydrophobe du domaine les Capréoles is a Brouilly born in 2017 following the hailstorms that wiped out the harvest. These Brouilly grapes produce a gourmet, fruity, light wine, typical of this fine AOC.

Cochon Volant is an organic Corbières from Château de Caraguilhes . The nose of this organic wine offers very intense fruit aromas with notes of raspberry, blackcurrant and cherry. On the palate, the attack is silky, with notes of crushed raspberry and burlat cherry underlining the wine's fleshiness. The tannins give the wine excellent staying power, reinforcing its overall balance. It's a fleshy, crisp, pleasurable wine.

The Peu Muleau cuvée from Domaine de la Chevalerie is a cuvée from sandy terroir. This bourgueil is round, light but endowed with a chewy ball. A real coup de cour when tasted in this great vintage!

Grand Mont du Clos des Quarterons is a great Bourgueil for laying down. This parcel creates powerful, complex wines that deserve more than 10 years of cellaring to fully blossom. A great bottle.
