The cuvée Tradition du Pin des Marguerites is a lovely, supple Saint-Chinian. This organic wine from a fresh schist terroir develops garrigue and red fruit notes, with smoky touches. Supple tannins on the palate. Domaine PIN des MARGUERITES was created in 2005 thanks to the work of three generations. Today, Richard Carpena vinifies in the family cellar, where his grandfather already produced a wine of great character. Produced using organic methods, Domaine PIN des MARGUERITES extends over 10 hectares of village property in Berlou, one of the finest schist terroirs in the Languedoc. Richard Carpena is an "artisan winemaker", working on small volumes, meticulous and respectful of his environment. For example, all wines are bottled and labeled by hand.
