This white from Sancerre du Domaine du Pré Semeléis a charming, gourmet white. It has a thiolate nose, with notes of citrus and yellow fruit. The palate is full-bodied, mineral and fruity. A lovely, gourmet Sancerre!
Cochon Volant is an organic Corbières from Château de Caraguilhes . The nose of this organic wine offers very intense fruit aromas with notes of raspberry, blackcurrant and cherry. On the palate, the attack is silky, with notes of crushed raspberry and burlat cherry underlining the wine's fleshiness. The tannins give the wine excellent staying power, reinforcing its overall balance. It's a fleshy, crisp, pleasurable wine.
The Peu Muleau cuvée from Domaine de la Chevalerie is a cuvée from sandy terroir. This bourgueil is round, light but endowed with a chewy ball. A real coup de cour when tasted in this great vintage!

This organic wine reveals itself to be elegant and refined, characterized by its ruby red color and notes of fresh fruit. Its greedy tannic structure allows it to be consumed in its youth, but in no way detracts from its ageing potential. We appreciate its freshness and its very well-integrated 14.50%.
