Croizillon from Château les Croisilles is a fresh, easily digestible Malbec. The choice of terroirs brings out the fruity, digestible potential of Malbec for this "new generation" Cahors cuvée. Croizillon is a supple, gourmet organic Cahors wine that develops peppery, fruity notes. The château les Croizille began its history in 1979 with Bernard and Cécile Croisille. They created the estate and sold their production to the Cave Coopérative in 1984; they began producing their own wine in 1994. In 2008, the couple's 2nd son, Germain, got things moving at château les Croizille . The vineyard expanded and gradually moved towards organic farming, to which they committed the estate in 2010. The wines have made great strides and are now part of the Cahors revival, producing gourmet, accessible wines.

The "Clos de la Févrie" from the domaine de la Haute Févrie is a cuvée made from very old vines planted on the estate's best terroirs. The oldest vines were planted in 1922 on the Coteaux de la Sèvre. This is a Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur lie with a very powerful, generous body, extravert in flavor. The finish with lovely ripe bitters and praline nuances is particularly promising.
