The cuvée Le Clos d'Helène Bleuzen is made from Grenache and Syrah. This natural organic Ventoux wine is balanced, fruity and spicy: we appreciate its velvety texture and great freshness, the hallmark of the estate. This bottle is ready to drink now, but can improve over 5-7 years.

The Turbullent cuvée from domaine Sérol is a superb rosé bubbly, all gourmand and fresh. This brut (5g residual) is an ancestral method with notes of red fruit!

This bubbly from Domaine de Brin is a great success. This wine is an ancestral method, with the end of fermentation finishing in the bottle. The attack is greedy and fruity. The bubbles are fine and elegant, finishing on a beautiful freshness. We love it!

The cuvée 1769 rouge du Clos Venturi is a gourmet organic wine full of freshness. This Corsican wine develops notes of red fruits, smoke and spices. Niellucciu blends beautifully with Syrah and Sciaccarellu to produce a bewitching, elegant wine.

Le Clos blanc du Clos Venturi comes from the finest parcels of the Ponte Leccia Terroir in Corsica. This organic wine develops notes of white flowers, honey, verbena and vine peach. Partially aged in barrel, this organic wine combines both roundness and freshness, all resting on superb length.

Vico estate's Bois du Cerf is a fresh, crisp organic Corsican wine, finely liquoriced, in an infused, fruity spirit. It is composed of 60% niellucciu and 40% sciaccarellu. Beautiful aromas of cherries, grass and dried roses.
