The cuvée Rotenberg from domaine Marcel Deiss is a soft, fruity, seductive, lemony and vibrant dry wine. A blend of Riesling and Pinot, it combines the structure of Pinot with the straightforwardness of Riesling. The domaine Marcel Deiss is one of Alsace's most renowned estates. Jean-Michel Deiss has chosen to highlight the terroirs of Alsace through planted vines. No single-varietal cuvées here, then, but blends of grape varieties from a very specific terroir. It's an original approach, but a convincing one when you taste the wines of Domaine Marcel Deiss. The estate is organically farmed. It's one of the region's great references. Taste it at least once in your life. Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2022: 3 stars, top rating
