The cuvée Les Greilles du domaine Causse Marine is a superb Gaillac. This biodynamic wine develops on notes of ripe and exotic fruit. Patrice Lescarret, a leading figure in natural wines from the South-West, began making wine at his Causse Marine estate in 1993. His vines are organically grown, and his wines are free of any inputs apart from the occasional small dose of sulfur. The vines are 50 years old and situated on limestone Causse. All the vines are planted in a single block around the estate.
