Château Tire-pé's exceptional terroir is located on the upper slopes of clay-limestone hillsides, 80 meters above the Garonne River. Facing south and cultivated as naturally as possible, it offers great potential for quality. A nod to history: the Tire-Pé hill owes its name to an everyday agricultural scene, well known to the locals, in which the beasts of burden would relieve themselves of their exertions on the way up to the estate, by pulling the fart.
