The palate boasts lovely freshness, and its minerality offers elegant vivacity.
The domaine's vineyards cover around 11 hectares, part of which is located in the prestigious Château-Chalon appellation, the historic birthplace of vin jaune. The rest is spread across the Côtes-du-Jura and Crémant du Jura appellations, offering a diversity of terroirs and grape varieties that enable us to compose a complete and harmonious range. The steep hillsides on which the vines grow, mostly facing south and west, are typical of the region. They are underlain by blue and grey marls, demanding but rich soils that force the vines to draw deeply on their nutrients.

Grand Vin Blanc offers subtle floral aromas mingled with notes of citrus and white-fleshed fruit, such as peach and pear. On the palate, it has a lovely liveliness with a smooth texture, brought about by barrel aging that adds depth and toasty notes.

Fleur de Voile from domaine Berthet-Bondet is a savagnin originally destined for the production of a Château-Chalon, which was interrupted in its ageing process to be bottled after nine months of ageing under veil (without topping up). This cuvée is therefore characterized by light oxidative notes that give a hint of the genesis of a yellow wine.
