The nose of Hegoxuri du domaine Arretxea develops on notes of citrus and exotic fruit. The palate is full-bodied and invigorating, with an unrivalled minerality. Hegoxuri is a bottle of rare exception! A rare 2022 vintage, to be forgotten in your cellar, such is its potential.

The cuvée Vieilles Vignes du domaine Gauby is beautifully racy. The nose is complex with notes of black fruits and spices. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, echoing the aromas of the nose, with great length. A wine still a long way from its peak. Magnificent! Guide des meilleurs vin de France 2023: 95/100

This Puligny-Montrachet 1er cru la Garenne du domaine Jean-Marc Boillot is a grande gastronomie Burgundy. This wine is full of youthful energy with a striking perfume of lemon sorbet and a touch of fresh lime. Its naturally fresher position allows it to focus on fresh citrus and a less exotic touch with a chalkier texture. Very mineral on the nose and rather expressive, it presents lovely fruity flavors on the palate, with good persistence and a taut finish.

Magnificent Macon Les Perrières from domaine Jean-Marc Boillot. This wine immediately develops brioche aromas, notes of frangipane, then a dominant pulpy fruitiness (white-fleshed fruit, peach). The palate is juicy and fresh, thirst-quenching and digestible. Superb wine.

Magnificent Monthélie blanc Sous Roches from domaine Jean-Marc Boillot. A wine from a small 25a parcel. This Chardonnay de garde is bright and flattering, with notes of yellow, buttery fruit. Very good length.

The Macon-Village du domaine Jean-Marc Boillot is a superb white Burgundy. The nose is seductive and this Mâcon shows itself to be rather elegant with notes of pear and peach. Tonic attack but rather fat and round texture.
