The Chez Coste du domaine Sérol is an amphora-aged cuvée. Powerful and full-bodied, this perdrizières-based wine has great personality and sparkle! Domaine Sérol is built on sandy and granite terroirs at altitude (380 to 520 meters), and the reds are delicately smoky, floral and airy. Produced from vines planted at high density (8,000 to 10,000 vines/ha), the grapes are partially or totally destemmed before being gently vinified.
