The Croisée du domaine de la Cotelleraie is a full-bodied, gourmand, fleshy organic wine, with present but pleasant tannins. At last, a Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil with substance, body and fruit. Good cellaring capacity for this bottle, which we recommend drinking after 3 or 4 years of cellaring.
