The Tour de Pierre cuvée is an intense organic red wine, opening with notes of olive, licorice and spice that evolve into nuances of red fruit and redcurrant. The palate is well-balanced, full-bodied, with a beautiful tannic structure, where the spice and licorice notes felt on the nose can be found again.
The Cuvée Saint-Agnès from Ermitage du Pic Saint-Loup has a nose developing on notes of garrigue and black fruits. The palate is remarkably fresh: it develops on notes of black fruit, pepper and licorice. Good length.
Pur Fruit du Causse is a Cahors 100% malbec from Château Combel La Serre that has a wide-open nose with notes of black fruits. The palate is supple, greedy and fruity, with raspberry and redcurrant aromas. Beautiful freshness on the finish brings superb balance to the whole. Excellent value for money.
This cuvée domaine du Château Combel La Serre is without doubt the most classic Cahors in the range. Racy, powerful and structured, it sets a fine benchmark in the Cahors AOC. Excellent value for money.
Bois Pivain du domaine Valbrun is a Saumur-Champigny with a nose of red and black fruits (blackcurrant, raspberry). On the palate, the attack is silky, the mid-palate fresh and elegant. Light, greedy finish.
