The Mas Bruguière cultivates 2 ha of vines, made up of 3 islets. The estate's surface area allows us to work on a "human-sized" operation. The philosophy of Mas Bruguière is to get as close as possible to the raw material and its terroir. This is one of the reasons why we have opted for organic farming. Aging is carried out in large muid or demi-muid containers (12 or 6-liter barrels) and 5 hl or 3 hl wooden vats, to preserve the raw material as much as possible. No additives in the cellar, minimal doses of So2, no filtration on the reds, and only very light filtration on the whites and rosés.

CloseAlchimie rouge is a lovely Chateauneuf du Pape produced by the Domaine des 3 Celliers. This organic wine reveals itself to be elegant and refined, characterized by its ruby red color and notes of fresh fruit. Its greedy tannic structure allows it to be consumed in its youth, but in no way detracts from its ageing potential. We appreciate its freshness and its very well-integrated 14.50%.
CloseThe nose of Vignes Oubliées develops delicate notes of garrigue and pepper. The palate is fruity, with notes of cherry, sweet (very fine tannins) and spicy (pepper, garrigue). The finish is fresh, thanks to well-preserved acidity. A beautiful bottle of balance and refinement. To be discovered without delay!
