In a very fine vintage, the cuvée domaine du Domaine Combier is another great success. The wine is powerful, racy, spicy, with notes of black fruit and pepper. Soft but voluminous on the palate. A great organic wine to accompany dishes in sauce or red meats, for example.
Sweet and fragrant, the Cinsault from Freesia rouge du Mas d'Espanet is a real treat. With great digestibility, it's the ideal red wine to accompany aperitif dinners, salads and or other buffets.
Abracadabra rouge du Chemin des rêvesopens with notes of licorice, sweet spices and ripe fruit. After aeration, we discover intense floral notes (iris), crossed with pepper and black cherry. The palate is fleshy and fresh, with well-coated tannins and good consistency. Persistent retro-olfaction of prune. Excellent value for money
La Cuisine de ma mère du domaine Grosbois is a Chinon, made from young vines planted on a gravel terroir. After destemming and maceration for two weeks, the wine is aged for 8 months in vats. This organic Chinon is well-balanced, with lovely intense fruit and a tangy finish; all resting on fine tannins.
