A superb value for money.Gold medal: Lyon 2018 Chateau Haut Moulin is located north of Blaye, on the right bank of the Gironde Estuary on the commune of Braud, neighboring that of Blaye known for its famous citadel. The estate extends over 5 hectares, including 19 hectares of vines.Family-owned for four generations, Christophe Chapron has been managing the vineyard since 1992.The operation is developing and becoming more structured, resulting in the enlargement of the cellars in 211, and the gradual move towards Organic Farming.The wines of Château Haut Moulin are regularly awarded medals at various competitions: Paris, Bordeaux Vins d'Aquitaine, Macon and Vinalies Internationales.

The finish with lovely ripe bitters and praline nuances is particularly promising.
