Canaille du Clos Roussely is a pretty Touraine wine. The nose develops on notes of red fruit and pepper. The palate has superb, very silky substance, developing on notes of small strawberries, raspberry; the wine benefits from a lovely overall freshness; A very fine success to be drunk over 2-3 years.
The cuvée du Clos Joubert du domaine de la Haute Févrie comes from a parcel of vines overlooking the Sèvre, with vines aged between 40 and 50 years. This great organic Muscadet is aged in barrels for 9 to 10 months. Lightly woody notes with hints of vanilla and sweet spices. Nice saline finish!
The cuvée Tradition du Pin des Marguerites is a lovely, supple Saint-Chinian. This organic wine from a fresh schist terroir develops garrigue and red fruit notes, with smoky touches. Supple tannins on the palate. Fresh, balanced finish!Close
