It develops on notes of almond blossom, white peach and apricot underlined on the second nose by light citrus scents. The palate is full and silky, with a lovely freshness. We were thrilled by the cuvée Antonyme 2023 from the domaine Canet Valette. The nose is expressive with red fruits and spices. The palate is round and greedy; it also has a very nice mache. A superb vintage for this cuvée.
