Domaine Romany - Burgundy - Blanc les Gouttes 2022

With Abouriou, the domaine Elian Da Ros offers us a lovely organic wine to enjoy with friends: the nose is pleasant with notes of cherry. The palate is round, warm, with notes of red fruit. Spicy finish.

A superb dry white, rich and unctuous. A Chardonnay that develops on notes of yellow fruit, menthol, all resting on a finely oaky finish.

Quintaine du domaine Guillemot-Michel is a great Viré-Clessé. This superbly mastered vintage is explosively aromatic, with lovely exotic notes due to the few noble grapes that often appear in the domaine's bunches when the harvest takes place in autumn. Yet this vintage is just as fresh as its predecessors, with a hint of minerality. A lovely, open, gourmet vintage that's already giving a lot of pleasure in its youth!

Aux Ecully du Domaine Romany is a magnificent cuvée: a fruity, intense Gamay with lovely freshness in this 2021 vintage. A wonderful discovery!
