Cuvée Irrédutible du Clos du Clos Roussely is a superb French wine made without sulfur from sauvignon grapes. This cuvée, aged in terracotta jars, is complex, gourmand and long-lasting. A superb success without sulfur, and therefore classified as a Vin de France rather than an AOP Touraine. Nevertheless, the wine is clean and beautifully made.

Cuvée Irrédutible du Clos Roussely is a superb French wine made without sulfur from sauvignon grapes. This cuvée, aged in terracotta jars, is complex, gourmand and long-lasting. A superb success without sulfur and therefore passed as Vin de France and not AOP Touraine. Yet the wine is clean and magnificently successful. The domaine du Clos Roussely was created by Vincent Roussely, a dynamic young winemaker near Chenonceaux. The quality terroir is organically farmed to produce precise, incisive whites of the highest quality, and greedy, fruity reds. An estate that's making rapid progress. Don't delay, prices are very reasonable!
